As part of our cost savings initiatives for customers we perform steam trap surveys where we schedule time with a customer to tag and document every trap in their facility. At that time we record various trap details and check to see that the trap is functioning properly. We then present the customer with a report that highlights what traps they have in their facility and how they are operating. We also create a database with their trap data which is maintained by the salesperson for that customer. The customer can also view this data using the login below.
