Terms and Conditions of Sale
 
Terms and conditions of sale are as follows:
 
Monthly Accounting Period: Our receivables are closed two days prior to the end of each month.
 
Our Terms of Sale: 2% 10th, otherwise Net 30 days. 2% 10th means that where an account is current and is paid in its entirety by the 10th of the month, 2% may be deducted from the payment of the previous months purchases. No cash discount is allowed on invoices that are marked specifically "Net Terms."
 
Late Payment: A 1 1/2% late payment service charge per month starts to accrue on past due accounts beginning with the first day it is past due. This represents an annual service charge of 18%. Late payment charges are invoiced separately.
 
Return of Merchandise: Material will not be accepted for return without the invoice number of the original purchase.  If the material is a normally stocked item and in saleable condition, the returned goods will be credited based on the original purchase price, less a 15% restocking charge.  If the material is a normally stocked item and in saleable condition and the original invoice number is not known, a credit will be issued for the original purchase price, less a 25% restocking charge.  If the material was ordered in for a special job, is a non-stock item and will be accepted for return by the factory, credit will be given for the purchase price of the material, less the handling charge assessed us by the factory.  If the material was ordered in for a special job, is a non-stock item and will not be accepted for return by the factory, Paramount Supply Company will be unable to issue credit.  No credit will be given for material that was not purchased as Paramount Supply Company.
 
Warranties: Paramount Supply Company carries out all warranties of the manufacturers they represent. No allowance will be made for labor, transportation or other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of defective parts by the customer. We will not be responsible for labor charges, loss or damage caused by defective parts.
 
Collection Costs: Interest costs, collection costs and reasonable fees will be paid by the debtor if collection proceedings are necessary.
 
Minimum Invoice Charge: $5.00
